Postpartum Support

Postpartum support packages start from 4 hours of day time support up to full overnight support up to 10 hours.

Parents will get to rest, have some food made, light house cleaning done and most of all the reassurance that baby is being looked after by an experienced carer.

Postpartum sessions usually start with or include a birth debrief. We will also debrief the day and discuss any newborn care, feeding issues or anything else that comes up at the time.
