These workshops are hosted by Gemma Doyle a Cuidiu Antenatal Ireland Educator who also works as a Birth and Postpartum Doula in the South East. I am excited to be able to offer an in-person, interactive class over 1 day to local parents in the area.

The class will help you and your birth partner to prepare for a positive birth, boost your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth and early parenting. In order to optimise your learning, groups are small which allows me to tailor the class to your individual needs. Everyone has time to get their individual questions answered and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood.

All attendees will receive an annual membership to Cuidiu parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie
