Vaginal Birth after Caesarean. Are you interested in knowing more about vaginal birth after one or more caesareans? I have trained as an advanced VBAC doula and work with many clients here in Ireland who navigate our maternity system while considering their options.
I run supportive, evidence-based classes which are designed to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you prepare for birth. We’ll explore your options, build trust in your body, and create space to reflect on your previous birth experience — all in a calm, nurturing environment where your questions are welcome.

Preparing for a VBAC can bring up many emotions. These gentle, trauma-aware classes offer a safe space to explore your choices, rebuild confidence, and prepare both emotionally and practically for birth after caesarean.

Classes can be run privately 1-1 in-person or online or group options are available. For more info or booking then please get in touch.

These online workshops are hosted by Gemma Doyle a Cuidiu Antenatal Ireland Educator who also works as an advanced VBAC Doula in the South East.
I am excited to be able to offer online classes so that parents can join from the comfort of their own homes. This is normally easier when there are other children in the family. The class will help you and your birth partner to prepare for a positive birth, boost your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth after cesarean.
In order to optimise your learning, groups are small which allows for lots of questions and tailored support. Everyone has time to get their individual questions answered and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood.​
All attendees will receive an annual membership to Cuidiu parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie
